Africa Twin Days 2005
This next outing will take place the weekend of the Ascension, Thursday, May 5 to Sunday, May 8 at

Program:
In a camp like atmosphere (vacation place for children). We will be in a UNIQUE meeting place, which accommodates large groups.
The cost is 140 euros, which includes lodging (dormitory atmosphere*) breakfast, diner and registration.
Registration is limited to 180 participants due to the size of the place. It is not possible to have special rates for people who choose to remain a shorter amount of time. All participants must stay at the camp site in the dormitory environment (no hotel, camping or other logding).
You can make your reservations starting naw with the treasurer m. Bruno DESRUMAUX. The reservation will become effective as soon as the check is received. However, the check will not be deposited before the 1st of February, 2005. After this date, checks received will be automatically deposited. Please note that this year, the charges are based on a three days stay.
Registration will close on the 16th of April, 2005, or earlier, if the number of available places have been reached.
Cancellations will be accepted until the 2nd of April, 2005. After this date there will be no refunds.

* multi-bed rooms: 3,4,5 up till 11 beds per room,W.C.'s, showers and other bathroom facilities are located on each floor. Sharing of rooms is for the men. The few individual rooms will be reserved for the women who so desire.
